End of another week and my apparent remission from ME continues. More gardening, more going to the shops with my family, more playing games together. The lawn and some cutting back of overgrown weeds and bushes are done. My heart rate hit 165 during this and I’ve had no issues.

Time to return to work, hopefully.

• Rant; I wish Netflix would have an option to hide films I’ve rated (as a proxy for I have seen it). I don’t care if this means there is not much left, I would still pick something and watch it. It is rare that I would rewatch anything, but its possible so a switch would suffice.
• My social media follower count is low, i don’t regret closing my Twitter account with 185,000 but its a shame that finding new people and people following me seems broken or too hard. One of the benefits of this site and POSSE as an approach is that I have everything here but increasing visitors, followers and such and to increase income from my offerings might become important.
