I've opened a shop at [shop.thechels.uk](https://shop.thechels.uk).

For years I've made free things: iPhone apps, open data sites and a fair bit of writing about managing engineering teams. The shop is where I'm putting the things that took a lot longer to make, as instant downloads.

Right now it has two sides:

- For engineering leaders: The Perfect Hiring System, a guide and set of worksheets for hiring software engineers. More on that in the next post.
- For families: printable maths workbooks for Years 1 to 7, built around Mltply, my kids' maths app.

My iOS apps are listed there too, and they're still free.
